Private Insurance

Dr. Rosenfeld and Dr. Zisu are not members of any private healthcare panels. Payment for initial consultations is due at the time of service. Payment for TMS and SPRAVATO™ sessions are also due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. As a courtesy, we will submit insurance claims on your behalf, but patients are responsible for all balances not covered or paid by their insurance carriers.

Commercial insurance coverage for TMS therapy is available, but we do not participate in any commercial insurance networks and cannot guarantee coverage. However, we work with a team of specialists at NeuroStar to help maximize insurance reimbursements for our TMS patients.

SPRAVATO™ S-Ketamine nasal spray is often covered by commercial insurance, but requires pre-authorization. Our business staff works with Jansenn pharmaceutical representatives to obtain treatment authorization and maximize patient reimbursement.

Medicare

Dr. Rosenfeld and Dr. Zisu are Medicare providers, but do not accept assignment. This means that patients with Medicare receive reduced fees, in accordance with NJ Medicare schedules, but are required to pay those fees at the time of service. NJ Medicare considers TMS a Medically Necessary service for Major Depression. Medicare coverage for SPRAVATO™ can differ based on the patient’s prescription plan.
